The Prefecture of Tangier Asilah, under the Ministry of the Interior, announces the opening of applications for several vacant responsibility positions within the General Secretariat. This is a significant opportunity for civil servants seeking promotion and leadership roles in territorial administration.

Available Positions

• Head of Social Action Division
• Head of Social Protection Service
• Head of Public Works Service at the Equipment Division
• Head of Civil Status Service at the Territorial Communities Division
• Head of Transport Service at the Economic Affairs and Coordination Division

Eligibility for Division Head

Candidates must be permanent or contract employees of the Ministry of the Interior, ranked at least as an Inspector Grade 2 or equivalent engineer grade, and hold a degree allowing access to Inspector Grade 3. A minimum of 4 years of service for permanent staff and 5 years for contract staff is required.

Eligibility for Service Chief

To apply for a service chief position, candidates must be Ministry of the Interior employees ranked at least Inspector Grade 2, with a relevant diploma. They need 2 years of service for permanent staff and 3 years for contract staff. Employees ranked Inspector Grade 3 may apply if they have 15 years of service and at least 4 years in that grade.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted via the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma. The file includes an application letter, a nomination form with approval from the original administration, a work program, a CV, and the appointment decision in the current framework. Files must be sent through the administrative hierarchy to the Wali of the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region.

Application Deadline

Applications must be received before July 17, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Any application received after this date or through other means will not be considered.

Selection Process

A committee appointed by the Wali will preselect eligible files and conduct interviews. Results will be announced later.
