Job Announcement for Senior Management Positions at Ouled Ayad Commune

The commune of Ouled Ayad, located in the province of Fquih Ben Salah, announces a call for applications for two senior management positions: Head of the Urban Planning, Health, Environment, Works and Property Division, and Director of Services. This recruitment is conducted in accordance with the Dahir No. 1.58.08 and relevant organic laws.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Be a permanent employee or contractual agent currently working at Ouled Ayad commune.
• Hold at least the grade of Inspector General 2nd grade or State Engineer or an equivalent grade.
• Possess a degree or diploma that allows access to the grade of Inspector General 3rd grade or equivalent.
• Have at least 4 years of service as a permanent employee or 5 years as a contractual agent.
• Preferably have served as Head of Service, though this condition may be waived if required by the service.

Required Documents

The application file must include:

• An application letter with a recent photograph, accompanied by the president's approval and assessment.
• A detailed curriculum vitae.
• A work plan and methodology for managing the administrative unit.
• Certified copies of degrees and diplomas.
• A copy of the national identity card.
• The appointment decision for the current grade.
• The appointment decision for any previous management position (if applicable).

Application Procedure

Download the application file from the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma), then submit five copies to the registry office of Ouled Ayad commune during official working hours. The deadline is August 31, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Selection Process

A committee will review the files and conduct interviews for shortlisted candidates. The decision will be published on the public employment portal, the website of the General Directorate of Local Authorities, and posted at the commune headquarters.
