The Prefecture of Casablanca-Anfa, under the Ministry of Interior, has announced the opening of applications for the position of Head of the Territorial Communities Division at the prefecture's general secretariat. This announcement follows the prefectural decision No. 30 of May 15, 2026, aimed at filling this strategic post that requires high skills and experience in the territorial field.

Eligibility Requirements

Applications are open to permanent civil servants and contract agents working at the Ministry of Interior and belonging to the general budget, who meet the following conditions:

• Be classified at least at the grade of manager of the second grade or state engineer framework, or in an equivalent grade.
• Hold a degree or diploma allowing access to the grade of manager of the third grade or equivalent.
• Have at least 4 years of actual service as a permanent employee, or 5 years for contract agents.
• Have held the position of head of service, with possible exemption if required by the interest of the service.
• Employees currently serving as head of division may also apply.

Candidates must prepare a complete file including the following documents:

• An application letter with a recent photo, endorsed by the direct supervisor with his opinion.
• An application file according to the model downloaded from the public services portal www.emploi-public.ma, including CV and work program.
• A detailed CV highlighting qualifications, professional background, and previous functions.
• A work program and methodology proposed for managing and developing the relevant administrative unit.
• The decision of appointment to the current grade.
• A copy of the degree or diploma obtained.
• A copy of the recruitment and tenure decision.
• The appointment decision to a responsibility position if applicable.

Application files must be submitted through the hierarchical channel to Mr. the Prefect of Casablanca-Anfa before June 15, 2026. A committee appointed by the Prefect will handle the selection of complete files and conduct the selection interview.
