Eligibility Requirements

• Be a permanent civil servant or contract agent of the Ministry of Interior, belonging to the general budget.
• Hold at least the rank of Second Grade Inspector or State Engineer or an equivalent grade.
• Have at least 4 years of actual service as a permanent employee, or 5 years for contract agents.
• Preferably have served as a head of service (exemption possible).

Key Responsibilities

The Head of Division will be responsible for preparing and implementing urban planning schemes, monitoring environmental compliance, and coordinating with external services. The role also includes overseeing infrastructure projects and ensuring they meet environmental standards.
