Eligibility Criteria

• Master's degree or equivalent. Bachelor's degree holders may apply with at least 10 years of professional experience in the field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in communication or journalism, including experience in external communication or a related field with a specialized company or advertisers.
• Thorough knowledge of areas related to the division's responsibilities.
• Qualifications as specified in the job description.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will lead the external communication team, manage media relations, coordinate awareness campaigns, and ensure consistency of institutional messaging.
