Call for Applications: Head of IT Department at the National Agency for Fighting Illiteracy (ANLCA)

The National Agency for Fighting Illiteracy (ANLCA) in Morocco announces an open competition for the position of Head of IT Department, as per decision No. ANLCA/2026/A5. This is a key managerial role responsible for overseeing the agency's information systems and driving digital transformation to support its literacy programs.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Lead digitalization projects to improve administrative efficiency and program delivery.
• Ensure information security and data protection.
• Coordinate technical teams and provide user support.
• Report on system performance and propose improvements.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

• Hold a degree or diploma in computer science, systems analysis, software engineering, networks, or a related field.
• Be ranked at least as a Grade 2 Manager or State Engineer, or equivalent, with 2 years of actual service as a permanent employee (or 3 years for contract staff) as of July 7, 2026.
• Alternatively, be ranked as a Grade 3 Manager with 5 years of actual service in public administration, local authorities, or public institutions.
• Apply for only one position among those advertised.
