ANCFCC Recruitment 2026: Specialized IT Technician (Software Development) – 2 Positions

The National Agency for Land Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography (ANCFCC) is organizing a competitive recruitment for two (2) specialized IT technicians in software development techniques. This is a great opportunity for holders of a specialized technician diploma (ISTA) to join a key public institution in Morocco's land and mapping sector.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 45 years by December 31, 2026.
• Hold a specialized technician diploma in IT, option: Software Development Techniques, from an ISTA or equivalent.
• Minimum overall grade of 13/20 in the required diploma.

Note: 25% of positions are reserved for resistance members, nation wards, former military personnel, or former combatants.

Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of two stages:

1. Pre-selection

Applications are screened based on eligibility criteria. A provisional list of selected candidates is published on the ANCFCC website. Candidates not on the list may appeal within 3 days of publication.

2. Written and Oral Exams

• Written Exam: Focuses on software development techniques. Can be taken in Arabic or French. Minimum score of 10/20 required to proceed to the oral exam.
• Oral Exam: A 20-30 minute interview with the jury to assess technical knowledge, general knowledge, behavior, communication, and language proficiency (Arabic or French).

Final admission requires an overall average of at least 10/20 (written + oral), within the limit of available positions. Candidates are ranked by merit.

Required Documents

• CV with a recent photo.
• Copy of the specialized IT technician diploma (Software Development Techniques).
• Copy of transcripts showing overall grade ≥ 13/20.
• Copy of work certificate (for civil servants and public sector employees) indicating recruitment date.
• If the diploma does not mention the option or is not similar: a certificate from the educational institution confirming the conformity of modules.
• Copy of national ID card (both sides).
• For foreign diplomas: copy of the equivalence decision from the government authority, accompanied by the official bulletin.
• For civil servants: definitive authorization to take the exam from the HR department of the original administration.
