General Management Activities
- Developing and obtaining approval for airport operation and management manuals according to current regulations
- Clearly defining roles, responsibilities and authority delegations within the team structure
- Ensuring proper application of airport procedures and those governing interactions with ONDA Central Directorates
- Implementing corrective and preventive action plans following compliance audit findings
Airport Operations Management
- Coordinating operations involving ONDA, public services, airlines and service providers
- Chairing local committees (Local Security Committee, Local Safety Management Committee, Facilitation Committee)
- Organizing and planning allocation of human and material resources to optimize operational performance
- Supervising maintenance of equipment and infrastructure to ensure continuous availability
- Implementing and maintaining the Safety Management System (SMS) according to regulations
