The Ministry of Interior - Chefchaouen Province - announces the opening of a recruitment competition for two positions as second-grade administrators in economic sciences, specializing in fiscal and accounting management. This public service position offers a unique opportunity to engage in administrative work within various administrative units of the province or the general secretariat of the province, allowing successful candidates to actively contribute to the region's development and management.
Candidates must be of Moroccan nationality, aged at least 18 years and not more than 45 years as of January 1st of the current year. They must hold, at the time of registration, a diploma of advanced graduate studies or specialized graduate studies, a master's or specialized master's degree in fiscal and accounting management, or an equivalent diploma according to current regulatory provisions.
A quota of 25% of the budgeted positions is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatant. A quota of 7% is also reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card, reflecting the public administration's commitment to inclusion and equity policies.

Only candidates who obtain an average of at least 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible for the oral test.
The application must be registered mandatorily on the public employment website https://depot.emploi-public.ma during the period from March 11 to March 30, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The application must be accompanied by a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the electronic national identity card, as well as the candidate's curriculum vitae.
For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, it is necessary to attach during registration on the portal the equivalence decision published in the Official Bulletin. Candidates working in public administrations must, in addition to their registration on the electronic portal, submit competition participation requests accompanied mandatorily by the final approval of the administration to which they belong. Candidates with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatant must submit their requests through the administrations responsible for managing their affairs. Candidates with disabilities must subsequently provide a certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration and Family.
The administrator's work in this specialty includes a set of tasks related to managing financial and fiscal affairs at the provincial level. They contribute to budget preparation, monitoring their execution, verifying the validity of financial operations, and supervising accounting aspects of relevant administrations. They also participate in developing and implementing local fiscal policies, controlling tax collection, and ensuring transparency in financial transactions. This position requires high analytical skills and deep knowledge of current financial and fiscal laws and regulations in Morocco.
The lists of candidates admitted to take the competition are published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma, and this publication serves as a summons to take the tests. The results of the written test and final results, including the waiting list, are published on the same portal. If during verification of competition participation conditions, it appears that a candidate previously declared successful does not meet one or more required conditions, they will be replaced (in order and according to merit) by another candidate registered on the waiting list who meets these conditions.
