The Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication - Communication Department announces the opening of a recruitment competition for 2nd grade administrators (scale 11) specialized in audiovisual and digital content production. Competition Details

This competition is organized according to Ministerial Decision No. 3/263 dated March 5, 2026, aiming to recruit 2nd grade administrators through regular recruitment procedures. The competition is open to Moroccan candidates aged between 18 and 45 years, who meet the conditions specified in Chapter 21 of the General Statute of Public Service.

Application Requirements

Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in the required specialization
  • Graduate diploma in specialized studies
  • Any equivalent qualification to those mentioned

Diplomas must be issued by recognized national universities or higher education institutions, or accompanied by an equivalence decision for foreign qualifications.

Candidates must provide the following documents:

  • Application form for competition participation specifying the specialization
  • Copy of electronic national identity card
  • Copy of diploma or certificate
  • Updated curriculum vitae with recent photograph
  • Administrative approval for currently employed civil servants

Submission Procedure

Application files must be submitted exclusively through the public employment electronic portal (https://depotemploipublic.ma) no later than April 23, 2026 at 4:30 PM. Registration through this portal is final and cannot be modified, and no applications sent through other means will be accepted.

Competition Stages

The competition includes two main phases:

  • Written tests scheduled for May 17, 2026
  • Oral interviews for candidates who pass the written tests

The list of candidates admitted to take written and oral tests will be published on the website of the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication - Communication Department, as well as on the public employment portal.
