Recruitment Competition: Second Grade Administrator - Logistics Management

The Ministry of Interior - Essaouira Province announces a recruitment competition for one (1) second grade administrator position, specializing in "Logistics Management". Basic Competition Information

This competition will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at the Higher School of Technology in Essaouira, with possible organization at other centers to be determined later. The announced position will be filled within Essaouira Province or its dependent administrative units, ensuring an institutional work environment conducive to professional growth.

Participation Requirements

The competition is open to Moroccan citizens meeting the following conditions:

  • Must be of Moroccan nationality
  • Must be at least 18 years old and maximum 45 years old as of January 1 of the current year
  • Must hold a diploma of advanced graduate studies, a specialized graduate studies diploma, a master's degree, or a specialized master's degree in "Logistics Management" or an equivalent certificate according to current regulatory provisions

Reserved Quota System

A quota of 25% of positions is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military personnel, or former combatant. An additional quota of 7% is reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card, reflecting the state's commitment to inclusion and equal opportunity policies.

Competition Tests and Stages

The competition includes the following tests designed to accurately measure candidates' competencies:

  • Written Test: Consists of a subject or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to the tasks or functions to be performed, the competencies of the Ministry of Interior, or the required specialties. This test lasts three (3) hours.
  • Oral Test: During which the competition committee discusses various topics with the candidate, aiming to evaluate their ability to perform tasks or functions associated with the concerned grade. This test lasts between 15 and 30 minutes.

Only candidates who obtain an average of at least 12 out of 20 in the written test qualify for the oral test, ensuring selection of the most competent candidates for the final phase.

Application Procedure

The application must be registered on the public employment website (https://depot.emploi-public.ma/) during the period from March 3, 2026 to March 17, 2026 at 4:30 PM. The application must include the following documents:

  • Copy of the required diploma
  • Copy of national identity card
  • Candidate's curriculum vitae

Important Notes and Special Procedures

Several special procedures require candidates' attention:

  • For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette must be attached when registering via the portal
  • Candidates working in public administrations must, in addition to registering on the electronic portal, submit their competition participation request accompanied by the final approval of their administration
  • Candidates with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, or former military personnel must submit their requests through the administrations responsible for managing their affairs
  • Candidates with disabilities must attach to their application a certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration and Family
