The Ministry of Interior - Province of Essaouira announces the opening of applications for a recruitment competition for one 2nd grade administrator, specialty: Accounting, Control and Audit. This position represents a key administrative function within the territorial administration, with the successful candidate being assigned to the province of Essaouira or its dependent administrative units.

Competition Details and Requirements

The competition is organized on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at the Higher School of Technology in Essaouira, with the possibility of determining other centers later if necessary. The competition includes two main tests: a written test of three hours comprising a subject or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) concerning the required tasks and functions, the competencies of the Ministry of Interior, or relevant specialties, and an oral test lasting 15 to 30 minutes to assess the candidate's ability to perform functions related to the grade.

Application conditions require the candidate to be of Moroccan nationality, aged at least 18 years and not more than 45 years as of January 1 of the current year. They must also hold, mandatorily at the time of registration, a diploma of advanced graduate studies, a diploma of specialized graduate studies, a master's or specialized master's degree in accounting, control and audit, or one of the equivalent diplomas according to current legislation.

Important Information for Candidates

A quota of 25% of the positions in competition is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, dependent of the nation, former military or former combatant, and a quota of 7% is reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled" card. Candidates working in public administrations must submit their participation requests accompanied by the final approval of the administration where they work (human resources departments).

Candidates with the status of resistance fighter, dependent of the nation, former military or former combatant must submit their applications through the administrations responsible for managing their affairs, in addition to registering on the electronic portal. Candidates with disabilities must attach to their applications a certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration and Family.

Application Procedure and Deadlines

The application must be registered mandatorily on the public employment website (https://depot.emploi-public.ma/) during the period from March 3, 2026 to March 17, 2026 at 4:30 PM. The application must be accompanied by a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national identity card, as well as the candidate's curriculum vitae.

For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, it is necessary to attach during registration on the portal the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette as well as the certified diplomas specified by the same decision. In addition to the mentioned documents, candidates definitively admitted to this competition are required to complete their files with the administrative documents required by regulations for appointment to public service.
