Job Announcement Details

The Wilaya of Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, under the Ministry of Interior, has announced a call for applications to fill 8 vacant managerial positions at the General Secretariat for Regional Affairs. This initiative aligns with Morocco's administrative decentralization policy and aims to strengthen local governance, as per Decree No. 2.11.681 of November 25, 2011.

Available Positions

Candidates may apply for the position of Head of Service in one of the following units:

  • Studies Service (Division of Studies, Monitoring and Modernization).
  • Studies, Evaluation and Monitoring Service (Division of Regional Coordination for Human Development).
  • Legal Advisory and Council Work Monitoring Service (Regional Division of Territorial Communities).
  • Resources Service (Regional Division of Territorial Communities).
  • Relations with the Region Service (Regional Division of Territorial Communities).
  • Infrastructure and Environment Sectors Coordination Service (Sectoral Coordination Division).
  • Productive Sectors Coordination Service (Sectoral Coordination Division).
  • Regional Capacity Building, Initiative and Employment Service (Sectoral Coordination Division).

Eligibility Criteria

The call is open to tenured civil servants and contract agents under the general budget of the Ministry of Interior who meet the following conditions:

  • Hold the grade of Second-Grade Manager or State Engineer, or an equivalent grade.
  • Have at least two years of actual service as a tenured employee, or three years for contract agents, as of the announcement date.
  • Employees currently serving as Head of Service are also eligible.

Required Application Documents

Applicants must submit 5 copies of each of the following:

  • A cover letter with a recent photograph, accompanied by the approval of the direct supervisor and their assessment of the candidate's competence.
  • The application form downloaded from the public service portal www.emploi-public.ma.
  • A curriculum vitae detailing qualifications, professional background, and previous assignments.
  • A work plan and methodology proposed for managing and developing the administrative unit.
  • The appointment decision in the current grade.
  • The appointment decision in a managerial position, if applicable.

Application Procedure

Applications must be submitted through the administrative hierarchy to the Wali of Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, Governor of Rabat Prefecture (Human Resources Division), or via email to drhouseggua@gmail.com, no later than July 15, 2026 at 4:30 PM.

A selection committee appointed by the Wali will review complete applications and conduct interviews for shortlisted candidates.
