Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be permanent or contract employees of the ministry, holding a grade of Inspector (2nd grade, scale 11) or State Engineer or equivalent, with at least 2 years of actual service for permanent staff and 3 years for contract staff. Exceptions apply for those currently serving as head of department or with 15 years of seniority including 4 years in the 3rd grade.
