This initiative aligns with the legal and regulatory framework governing high-level appointments in territorial communities, including Organic Law 113.14 and Decree 2.21.580.

• Head of Digitalization, Communication and Archives Division
• Head of Technical and Collective Works Division

Eligibility Criteria

The call is open to permanent employees and contract agents working for the Municipality of Fès, meeting the following requirements:

• Be ranked at least as a Grade 2 Manager or State Engineer, or equivalent.
• Hold a degree or diploma allowing access to Grade 3 Manager or equivalent.
• Have at least 4 years of service as a permanent employee, or 5 years for contract agents, in state administrations or territorial communities.
• Have previously served as a service head (waiver possible if required by service needs).
• Possess high qualifications and skills to perform the required tasks, with knowledge of legal and regulatory texts related to territorial community management.

Selection Committee

A committee appointed by a decision of the Council President will study the applications and select candidates for an interview.
