The Ministry of Interior - Province of Tata is organizing a recruitment competition for 7 editor positions (4th grade, scale 8). This professional opportunity is open to holders of a general university studies diploma in economics or French literature who wish to join the public service and contribute to local development in the Tata region.
The competition will take place on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at the Regional Center for Education and Training Professions in Tata, with possible additional centers to be determined later. Candidates must be of Moroccan nationality, aged at least 18 years and not more than 40 years as of January 1 of the current year. They must hold, at the time of registration, a general university studies diploma in economics or French literature, or an equivalent diploma according to current regulatory provisions.
A quota of 25% of the budgeted positions is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant. Additionally, a 7% quota is reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card, reflecting the state's commitment to inclusion and equal opportunity policies.
The competition consists of two main tests:
Only candidates who obtain an average of at least 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible to take the oral test.
Applications must be registered online on the public employment website (https://depot.emploi-public.ma/) from February 9, 2026, until February 24, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The application must include a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national identity card, and the candidate's curriculum vitae.
For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, candidates must attach the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette during online registration. Candidates already working in public administrations must, in addition to their online registration, submit a participation request accompanied by the final approval from their administration. Candidates with resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military, or former combatant status must submit their applications through the administrations responsible for their affairs, in addition to online registration.
4th grade editors work within the human resources and administrative divisions of ministries and public institutions, where they contribute to preparing reports, administrative correspondence, and analyzing data and documents. Their duties also include participating in organizing files and administrative procedures, requiring analytical skills and precise drafting abilities. The Ministry of Interior is one of the most important government sectors, playing a central role in implementing public policies and ensuring stability and security at national and local levels.
The lists of candidates admitted to take the competition are published on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma), with this publication serving as the summons to the tests. The results of the written test and final results, including the waiting list, are published on the same portal. If a candidate declared successful is found not to meet one or more required conditions, they are replaced by another candidate on the waiting list who fulfills these conditions.
