Competition Details and Requirements

The competition requires candidates to be Moroccan nationals, aged between 18 and 40 years. They must hold a specialized technician diploma in civil engineering issued by vocational training institutions accredited under Decree No. 2.86.325, or an equivalent recognized diploma. 25% of positions are reserved for resistance fighters, veterans, and former military personnel, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.

Examination Stages

The competition consists of two main phases:

• Written test: Lasting three hours, including a subject or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) on functional tasks, competencies of the Ministry of Interior, and the required specialization.
• Oral or practical test: For candidates who achieve at least 12/20 in the written test, where a committee discusses topics related to the specialization or evaluates through a practical test.

Candidates must register via the public employment website (https://depot.emploi-public.ma/) from February 25, 2026 to March 11, 2026 at 4:30 PM. They must attach a copy of the required diploma, national identity card, and curriculum vitae.
