The Ministry of National Territory Planning, Urbanism, Housing and City Policy announces a call for applications to fill 6 vacant responsibility positions as Heads of Service within the Directorate of Innovation, Education and Training.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be permanent or contract staff of the ministry, meeting the following conditions:

• Classified as Inspector of the 2nd grade (scale 11) or State Engineer or equivalent.
• Hold a diploma allowing access to the 3rd grade Inspector or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of effective service for permanent staff, or 3 years for contract staff.
• Exceptionally, staff of the 3rd grade with 15 years of service, including at least 4 years in that grade, may apply.

• Detailed curriculum vitae
• All documents proving eligibility and qualifications
• Work plan and methodology for managing and developing the administrative unit
• Approval from the original administration with the direct supervisor's opinion

Applications must be submitted in 6 copies to the Human Resources Division (Directorate of Human Resources, Financial and General Affairs) at the ministry headquarters: Angle rues Al Joumayz and Al Jaouz, Sector N°16, Hay Riad, Rabat. Deadline: September 4, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

Selection Committee

A committee appointed by the Minister will screen applications and conduct interviews. The selected candidate will be appointed by a decision of the Minister.
