The Ministry of Interior - Médiouna Province - is organizing a regular recruitment competition for six 2nd grade administrator positions, scale 11, specializing in financial and tax engineering. This competition represents an excellent opportunity for higher education graduates in the financial and tax field to join the territorial administration and contribute to regional development.
The competition will take place on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at the Khnata Bent Bakkar Technical High School in Tit Mellil, Médiouna Province, with possible additional centers to be determined later. Candidates must be Moroccan nationals, aged at least 18 years and not more than 45 years as of January 1 of the current year, and must hold upon registration a diploma of advanced graduate studies, specialized graduate studies, master's or specialized master's degree in financial and tax engineering, or an equivalent diploma according to current regulatory provisions.
A quota of 5% of budgeted positions is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel or former combatant, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card. This positive discrimination reflects the state's commitment to integrating all social categories into public service.
The competition includes two main tests:
Only candidates who obtain an average of at least 12/20 on the written test are admitted to the oral test.
Applications must be registered on the public employment website (https://www.emploi-public.ma/) during the period from February 9, 2026 to February 23, 2026 at 4:30 PM. The application must be accompanied by a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national identity card, and the candidate's curriculum vitae.
For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, the equivalence decision published in the Official Bulletin must be attached during registration via the portal, along with certified diplomas specified by the same decision. Candidates working in public administrations must, in addition to their registration on the electronic portal, submit competition participation requests accompanied by the written approval of their administration (human resources departments).
The 2nd grade administrator in this specialty designs and implements local financial and tax policies, controls the collection of financial resources, studies the economic feasibility of development projects, and supervises the preparation of local budgets. They also contribute to establishing mechanisms to improve tax revenues and combat tax evasion at the local level.
Lists of candidates admitted to take the competition are published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma, and this publication serves as a summons to take the tests. Written test subjects and final results, including the waiting list, are published on the same portal. If during verification of competition participation conditions, it is found that a candidate previously declared successful does not meet one or more required conditions, they will be replaced (in order and according to merit) by the first candidate on the waiting list.
