Key Responsibilities

As a ticket agent, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming and assisting passengers with information and directions.
• Selling tickets and managing reservations using the computerized system.
• Handling cash, processing payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Preparing and verifying route sheets for departing buses.
• Collaborating with operational teams to ensure smooth station operations.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• At least a Baccalaureate degree or equivalent recognized by the state.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, cash handling, or transport is preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
