This competition is organized according to Decision No. 26 dated March 12, 2026, which governs the recruitment process under the statutes in force in the Kingdom of Morocco.
The competition includes five positions for third grade technicians, distributed across two main specialties: civil engineering and major works, and IT development or information systems and networks or maintenance. Candidates must hold a specialized technician diploma in the required field, issued by accredited vocational training institutions, or an equivalent diploma as per Decree No. 2.12.90 of April 30, 2012.
Application files must be submitted directly to the commune's registry office, or sent by mail to the headquarters of Skoura Ahl El Oust Commune in Ouarzazate Province. Applications are accepted from the date of the decision's publication until Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The postmark date is considered for mail submissions.
The competition exams will take place on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at 9:00 AM at Abi Al Qassim High School in Skoura, or at other institutions if necessary. The list of admitted candidates and results will be published on the public employment website (www.emploi-public.ma) and the national portal for territorial collectivities (www.collectivités-territoriales.gov.ma), with this publication serving as an official summons for candidates.
25% of the positions are reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, or former military personnel, and 7% for disabled persons holding a disability card. Application files must include all required documents, and any incomplete or late submissions will be rejected.
