The territorial commune of Ounana, under the province of Ouezzane, announces the opening of applications for a recruitment competition for 5 fourth-grade technicians, scale 8, as part of the regular recruitment of local authorities. This competition is organized in accordance with a set of legal and regulatory texts governing recruitment in the public sector, including Dahir No. 5.77.738 relating to the status of commune staff, and Decree No. 2.11.621 setting the conditions and procedures for organizing recruitment competitions.
The five positions are distributed as follows:
A quota of 25% of these positions is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, dependent of the nation, former military, or former combatant, and a quota of 7% is reserved for persons with disabilities holding a disability card, in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 2.97.218.

Application files must be submitted directly to the communal registry office at the temporary headquarters of the commune located in Ain Drij center, Lamjaâra command, Al Wahda circle, or sent by registered mail. The deadline for submitting applications is Friday, March 6, 2026 at 4:30 PM. Any incomplete file or file submitted after this date will be rejected.

The written test will take place on Sunday, April 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Ounana middle school educational institution, or at other institutions if necessary.
The list of candidates admitted to take the competition will be published on the public employment website www.emploi-public.ma and on the portal of the General Directorate of Territorial Communities www.collectivites-territoriales.gov.ma, this publication serving as official notification. The final results of the competition will also be announced on the same portals and posted at the commune headquarters.
