Call for Applications for Responsibility Positions

The Department of Handicrafts and Social and Solidarity Economy, under the Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts and Social and Solidarity Economy, announces a call for applications to fill 5 vacant Head of Service positions in its regional directorates. This recruitment aims to strengthen administrative leadership and promote internal talent.

Available Positions

The positions are distributed as follows:

  • Handicraft Support Service – Regional Directorate of Beni Mellal.
  • Administrative and Financial Affairs Service – Regional Directorate of Beni Mellal.
  • Studies, Preparation and Monitoring of Regional Projects Service – Regional Directorate of Guelmim.
  • Handicraft Support Service – Regional Directorate of Guelmim.
  • Handicraft Support Service – Regional Directorate of Marrakech.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

  • Be a permanent civil servant or contract agent working in the Department, ranked at least as a 2nd-grade inspector or state engineer (or equivalent), holding a diploma allowing access to the 3rd-grade inspector position, with at least 2 years of actual service (3 years for contract agents).
  • Already hold a Head of Service position or similar regular functions.
  • Be ranked as a 3rd-grade inspector (or equivalent) with at least 15 years of actual service, including 4 years in that grade.

How to Apply

The application file must include:

  • An application request approved by the administrative unit and including the direct supervisor's opinion.
  • A detailed curriculum vitae.
  • A work note outlining the candidate's methodology for managing and developing the relevant administrative unit.

Files must be submitted through the hierarchical channel to the Directorate of Resources and Information Systems – Human Resources Division (address: 6435 Rabat Instituts) by June 3, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Selection Process

After reviewing applications, a list of eligible candidates will be published for a selection interview. The date and venue will be announced later via the public service portal www.emploi-public.ma, the ministry's website www.mtaess.gov.ma, and administrative headquarters.

Results and Appeals

Final results will be published after approval. Candidates may appeal the selection committee's final report through legal channels.
