Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age: 18 to 45 years for administrators (extendable for disabled persons and former resistance members). For technicians, age 18 to 40 (max 45 with extension).
• Required diplomas: Doctorate, Master, or specialized Master for 2nd grade administrator; Bachelor's degree for 3rd grade administrator; Technician diploma for 3rd grade technician.

Selection Process

• General written exam (3 hours for administrators, 4 hours for technicians).
• Specialized written exam (3 hours for administrators, 6 hours for technicians).
• Oral interview with the jury.

Application File

• Handwritten request addressed to the dean, including name, address, email, and phone.
• CV with photo.
• Copy of electronic national ID card.
• Copy of required diploma (acceptance certificate not accepted).
• Copy of equivalency decision if applicable.
• Copy of baccalaureate for technician positions.
• Authorization to compete for current civil servants.
• Authorization from the head of government for age-exceeded candidates.
• Proof of disability or resistance status.
