42 Head of Service Positions at the General Delegation for Prison Administration

Announcement Overview

The General Delegation for Prison Administration and Reintegration (DGAPR) has announced a call for applications to fill 42 Head of Service positions across its central departments. This initiative aims to strengthen administrative capacities and modernize prison management.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be permanent civil servants working at DGAPR and meet the following conditions:

• Ranked at least as Assistant Prison Commander 2nd class or equivalent grade (index 11).
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Have at least 2 years of service as a permanent employee.

Alternatively, employees ranked as Inspector 3rd class may apply without a degree if they have 15 years of service (including 4 years in that grade).

Available Positions

Positions include: Education and Literacy Service, Educational Programs Service, Prisoner Employment Service, Security Studies Service, Prisoner Movement Service, and many others.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted via the employee portal, then printed and delivered in 5 copies to the Human Resources Directorate in Rabat by July 10, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The file must include a CV, copies of diplomas, a work plan, and a supervisor's assessment.

Selection Process

A committee will review applications and invite shortlisted candidates for interviews.
