The Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication - Department of Culture is organizing a recruitment competition to fill 4 grade A lecturer positions, scale 11. This professional opportunity targets researchers and academics holding a doctorate in electrical engineering or information systems fields, who wish to contribute to the development of Morocco's cultural sector.
The competition tests will take place on May 8, 2026 at the National Institute of Archaeological Sciences and Heritage, located in Al Irfane district, corner of street number 5 and street number 7 in Rabat, starting at 10:00 AM. The competition is open to Moroccan nationals holding a doctorate, state doctorate, or recognized equivalent diploma in the following specialties:
Non-civil servant candidates must be at least 18 years old and no more than 45 years old. This age condition does not apply to civil servant candidates. The ministry reserves 25% of positions for candidates with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant, and 7% for persons with disabilities.

Additionally, candidates must submit a paper file containing the same documents mentioned above, accompanied by a criminal record, five copies of the doctoral or state doctoral thesis, and five copies of all research work carried out by the candidate. These documents must be submitted to the National Institute of Archaeological Sciences and Heritage within the same deadlines.
It is crucial to note that all application files not registered electronically, registered without uploading required documents, submitted after the deadline, non-compliant with required conditions, or incomplete will not be considered. The lists of candidates admitted to take the competition as well as the final results of the competition and the waiting list will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma and on the website of the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication - Department of Culture www.mjcc.gov.ma. The lists of admitted candidates serve as summons to take the competition.
