Recruitment Competition for 39 Administrators Grade 2 at the Ministry of Habous and Islamic Affairs

The Ministry of Habous and Islamic Affairs announces a recruitment competition for 39 Administrators of the 2nd grade (Scale 11) to be assigned to its central and external departments as well as affiliated institutions. This competition aims to select young talents in the fields of accounting, control, and auditing.

Required Specialties

• Accounting, Control and Audit
• Finance, Control and Audit

Required Diplomas

Candidates must hold one of the following diplomas:

• Advanced Higher Studies Diploma (DESA)
• Specialized Higher Studies Diploma (DESS)
• Master's degree
• Specialized Master's degree
• Or any recognized equivalent diploma according to current regulations

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the general conditions for access to the civil service, in addition to:

• Moroccan nationality
• Age between 18 and 45 years old as of January 1st of the current year
• Possession of the required diploma in the relevant specialty

Reserved Quotas

25% of positions are reserved for candidates with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or former combatant, and 7% for persons with disabilities.

Application Procedure

Applications must be submitted exclusively via the online application platform on the public employment portal: https://depot.emploi-public.ma/. The deadline for submission is Friday, August 7, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Exam Date and Location

The competition will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, in Rabat and possibly other cities if necessary. It includes written and oral tests.

Results Announcement

The list of candidates admitted to the competition and the results of the tests will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma and the ministry's website www.habous.gov.ma. This publication serves as a summons for the candidates concerned.
