Recruitment Competition: 36 Second-Grade Administrators

The Ministry of Interior is organizing a regular recruitment competition for 36 second-grade administrator positions, scale 11. This is a significant opportunity for highly qualified individuals to join a key government institution and engage in communication and journalism roles within the public sector.

Competition Details and Requirements

The competition will take place on Sunday, April 5, 2026, at the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences Souissi in Rabat, with potential additional centers. The positions are distributed as follows:

• 33 positions in Communication and Journalism
• 3 positions in various specialties including Competitive and Strategic Intelligence, Information Management, and Digital Monitoring and Communication

Candidate requirements include:

• Moroccan nationality
• Age between 18 and 45 years as of January 1 of the current year
• A postgraduate diploma (advanced or specialized studies), Master's, or specialized Master's in the relevant fields

Application Process and Tests

Applications must be submitted online via the public employment portal (https://depot.emploi-public.ma/) from January 28 to February 11, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Required documents include a copy of the diploma, national ID card, and CV.

The competition consists of two tests:

• A written test lasting 3 hours (coefficient 4), featuring general questions or multiple-choice questions on ministry tasks and specialties
• An oral test of 15 to 30 minutes (coefficient 3), where candidates discuss various topics to assess their abilities

Only candidates scoring at least 12/20 in the written test are eligible for the oral test.

Additional Important Information

25% of the positions are reserved for former combatants and their beneficiaries, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card. Candidates already employed in the public sector must obtain approval from their administration, and holders of foreign diplomas must provide an equivalence published in the Official Gazette.
