The Ministry of Economy and Finance is organizing a national competition to recruit 34 state engineers in customs for first-grade positions, distributed across cutting-edge technical specialties. Competition Details and Application Deadline

The competition will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2026, in Rabat and other cities to be announced later. Candidates must submit their applications through the online platform https://e-recrutement.finances.gov.ma by 4:30 PM on February 3, 2026. Applications not registered electronically or incomplete will not be considered.

Eligibility Criteria and Required Specializations

Candidates must be Moroccan nationals, aged 45 or under as of January 1 of the current year, and hold a state engineering diploma or equivalent in one of the following specializations:

• IT Development (28 positions): Includes agile development in micro-services architecture, modeling tools (UML, BPMN), proficiency in languages like J2EE and Python, and programming with generative AI.
• Computer Networks and Information Security: Requires skills in LAN-WAN network administration, data flow analysis, and security standards implementation.
• Systems and Database Administration: Covers management of operating systems (Linux, Windows), databases (Oracle, MySQL), and application servers.
• Data Science and Artificial Intelligence: Focuses on predictive analysis, machine learning, deep learning, and Python package usage.
• Agronomy for tobacco and sugar analysis (2 positions).
• Land and Subsoil Management for petroleum product analysis (2 positions).
• Textile (2 positions).

Competition Stages and Test Structure

The competition consists of three main stages:

1. Written Test: 2 hours with a coefficient of 3, covering questions on functional tasks and specializations, available in Arabic or French.
2. Physical Fitness Test: 1500-meter run, requiring a minimum score of 10/20 to qualify for the oral interview.
3. Oral Interview: 20 to 30 minutes with a coefficient of 2, to assess candidate competencies.

A minimum score of 12/20 in the written test is required to proceed to the physical test.
