Recruitment Competition: 30 State Engineers Specialized in Renewable Energy

The Ministry of Interior of Morocco is organizing a regular recruitment competition to fill thirty (30) positions for first-grade state engineers, scale 11, specialized in renewable energy. This initiative supports national sustainable development goals and offers a stable career path in a key public institution.

Eligibility Criteria for the Competition

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 45 years as of January 1 of the current year.
• Hold a state engineer diploma in renewable energy from an accredited national institution, or an equivalent qualification.

Competition Structure and Examination Details

The competition will be held on Sunday, April 5, 2026, at the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences Souissi in Rabat, with potential additional centers. It consists of two main stages:

• Written test: Three hours duration, coefficient 4, covering general topics or multiple-choice questions related to ministry functions and the specialty.
• Oral or practical test: 30 to 45 minutes duration, coefficient 3, designed to assess the candidate's practical abilities.

Only candidates scoring at least 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible for the oral examination.

Applications must be submitted exclusively through the public employment website (https://depot.emploi-public.ma/) from January 28 to February 11, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Required documents include:

• A copy of the required diploma.

25% of positions are reserved for veterans and their beneficiaries, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card.
