The Ministry of Interior - Wilaya of the Marrakech-Safi region, announces the opening of applications for a recruitment competition for three (03) third-grade technicians, specializing in Urban Planning. This position falls under the regular recruitment framework and targets national competencies holding a diploma as a Specialized Technician in Urban Planning, or an equivalent qualification.
The competition will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques in Marrakech, or at another center to be specified later if necessary. The application submission period runs from February 16, 2026, to March 9, 2026, at 4:30 PM. All interested candidates must mandatorily register online via the public employment portal https://depot.emploi-public.ma during this period.
The candidate must be of Moroccan nationality, at least 18 years old and not more than 40 years old. They must also hold, mandatorily at the time of registration, a diploma as a Specialized Technician in Urban Planning, issued by a vocational training institution accredited according to decree No. 2.86.325, or an equivalent diploma as per the regulations in force.

A quota of 25% of the positions subject to competition is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant. A quota of 7% is also reserved for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.
The competition consists of two main tests:
Admission to the oral test is conditional upon obtaining a score of at least 12 out of 20 in the written test.
The successful candidates will be assigned to work within the rural districts and communes under the jurisdiction of the Marrakech Prefecture. The Ministry of Interior works to ensure stability, security, and local development, and urban planning is a cornerstone of its development policies. The urban planning technician contributes to the preparation and implementation of urban and rural development projects, and to monitoring compliance with urban planning laws, making them a key player in shaping a sustainable urban landscape.
The summons for candidates admitted to take the competition, as well as the results of the written test and the final results (including the waiting list), are published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma. This publication serves as an official summons.
If, during the verification of participation conditions, it is proven that a candidate declared successful does not meet one or more of the required conditions, they will be replaced, in order of merit, by another candidate on the waiting list who fulfills all the conditions.
