Applicants must hold a specialized technical diploma issued by a vocational training institution established under Decree No. 2.86.325, or an equivalent certificate recognized by current regulatory provisions.

Quota System and Priority Categories

A proportion of 9/25 of the positions is reserved for former resistance fighters, nation's dependents, former military personnel, and former combatants, while 9/7 of positions are allocated to persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card.
