Competition Details and Available Positions

This regular recruitment competition will allow successful candidates to be permanently appointed within the central services of the national education sector. A quota of 25% of positions is reserved for candidates holding the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, or former combatant, while 7% are allocated to persons with disabilities, reflecting the ministry's commitment to equity and social inclusion principles.

Essential Eligibility Requirements

To participate in this competition, candidates must meet several fundamental conditions including:

  • Moroccan nationality and enjoyment of civil rights
  • Not being registered in the central disciplinary register
  • Not exceeding 40 years of age at the competition date
  • Possession of a category C or D driving license
  • Professional driving experience of at least two years

Required Academic Qualifications

Candidates must hold one of the following diplomas in the required specialties:

  • Specialized Technician Diploma issued by vocational training institutions according to decree No. 2.86.325
  • Diplomas or certificates homologated according to decree No. 2.12.90

These diplomas must cover the requested specialties: automotive mechanics, automotive electricity, or equivalent specialties. If the diploma does not explicitly mention the required specialty, a certificate from the concerned institution confirming correspondence with one of the requested specialties must be attached.

Application Procedure and Registration

Applications for this competition are submitted exclusively through the dedicated competition portal at: https://concours.men.gov.ma. The registration period extends from Friday, March 27, 2026 until April 11, 2026 at 4:30 PM. Candidates must register on the platform and submit their electronic application file during this period.

Application File Composition

The application file must include the following documents, to be uploaded in PDF format:

  • Electronic application form downloaded from the portal and signed by the candidate
  • Copy of the required diploma or certificate
  • Copy of equivalence decision for foreign diplomas if applicable
  • Copy of category C or D driving license
  • Professional experience certificate in driving for at least two years
  • Copy of national identity card
  • Copy of recent curriculum vitae
  • Specific documents for persons with disabilities or holders of resistance fighter status

Competition Process and Tests

The competition includes three main tests:

Written Tests

The written tests will take place on Saturday, April 18, 2026 and include:

  • A general written test (coefficient 1) of two hours from 9 AM to 11 AM, covering topics related to education and teaching issues
  • A specialized written test (coefficient 2) of three hours from 2 PM to 5 PM, concerning subjects or questions related to required functions

Oral Test

The oral test (coefficient 2) lasting 20 minutes will take place after the announcement of written test results. Only candidates declared successful in the written tests may participate.

Additional Important Information

Lists of candidates admitted to take the written tests will be published on the ministry's website www.men.gov.ma starting April 13, 2026, with this publication serving as official summons. Final successful candidates must complete their files with required administrative documents before their appointment.
