Recruitment Competition for 200 Second-Grade Administrators

The Ministry of Interior has announced a national competition to recruit two hundred (200) second-grade administrators, specialized in financial and accounting management or auditing and management control. This exceptional career opportunity targets holders of advanced degrees in financial and accounting fields, and is part of the ministry's efforts to strengthen administrative and financial competencies.

Competition Details and Requirements

The competition will take place on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences Souissi in Rabat, with possible organization at other centers to be determined later based on needs. The competition is open to Moroccan candidates aged between 18 and 45 years as of January 1st of the current year.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Graduate Studies Diploma in the mentioned specializations
• Specialized Graduate Studies Diploma in financial or accounting fields
• Master's or Specialized Master's degree in financial management and accounting
• Equivalent certificates according to current regulatory provisions

Quota System and Reservations

The ministry has reserved 25% of budgeted positions for persons with status as resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatants. Additionally, 7% of positions are reserved for persons with disabilities holding the "disabled person" card, reflecting the ministry's commitment to inclusion and equal opportunity policies.

Examination Structure

The competition consists of two main tests:

• Written Test: Three-hour duration with coefficient 4, including general questions or multiple-choice questions related to job functions, ministry competencies, and required specializations
• Oral Test: 15 to 30-minute duration with coefficient 3, consisting of an interview to evaluate the candidate's ability to perform professional duties

Admission to the oral test requires obtaining a minimum average of 12 out of 20 in the written test.

Candidates must register through the public employment portal during the period from April 14 to April 28, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Registration requires submission of the following documents:

Important Notes for Candidates

For holders of foreign diplomas or certificates issued by private institutions, it is necessary to attach the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette. Public administration employees must obtain final approval from their administration before participating.
