The Ministry of National Territorial Planning, Urbanism, Housing and City Policy has opened applications for two vacant responsibility positions of Heads of Service at the Directorate of Programming, Performance and Monitoring of Public Institutions and Enterprises.

Eligibility Criteria

The call is open to permanent civil servants and contract agents working for the ministry who meet the following conditions:

• Ranked at least at the grade of Principal Inspector (scale 11) or State Engineer or equivalent grade.
• Hold at least a diploma allowing access to the grade of Principal Inspector or equivalent.
• Have at least 2 years of actual service as a permanent employee or 3 years for contract agents.
• Civil servants already serving as Head of Service may apply, as well as those ranked at Principal Inspector grade (or equivalent) with seniority of at least 15 years of actual service, including at least 4 years in that grade.

Application File

The application file consists of:

• A written application addressed to the Minister.
• A CV detailing qualifications and professional experience.
• All documents proving the required conditions and qualifications.
• A work program and methodology for managing and improving the administrative unit.
• Approval from the administration of origin with the opinion of the direct supervisor.

Applications must be submitted in six (6) copies to the Human Resources Division of the Directorate of Human Resources and Financial and General Affairs, located at: Angle rues al joumayz et Al Jaouz, Secteur N°16, Hay Riad, Rabat. The deadline is Friday, September 4, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

Selection Process

A committee appointed by the Minister will pre-select eligible files and conduct interviews. The selected candidate will be appointed by ministerial decision.
