The Office des Changes (Foreign Exchange Office) announces a recruitment competition to hire 16 executives (cadres) in various specialties. This regular recruitment aims to strengthen the institution's workforce in key areas such as exchange control, risk management, cybersecurity, and corporate communication. Candidates holding a Bac+5 degree (Master's or equivalent) with at least 'Assez bien' (Good) mention are encouraged to apply.

Available Positions and Required Profiles

• Exchange Control Officer (12 positions): Requires Bac+5 in Banking & Insurance, Financial & Accounting Management, International Trade, Management Sciences, Business Administration, or equivalent. Skills: financial analysis, knowledge of micro and macroeconomics, proficiency in English (a plus).
• Risk Manager (1 position): Requires Bac+5 in Risk Management, Audit & Control, Financial Management & Accounting, Internal Control, Actuarial Science, or equivalent. Experience in internal audit or risk management is desirable.
• Cybersecurity Analyst (1 position): Requires Bac+5 in Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, Networks & Systems, or equivalent. Must be familiar with ISO 27001, SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Communication Officer (1 position): Requires Bac+5 in Institutional Communication, External Communication, Digital Communication, Marketing, or equivalent. Experience in communication is desirable.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be Moroccan nationals, meet the educational requirements, and have no legal impediments to public employment. Priority is given to specific categories (resistance members, former military, disabled persons) as per Moroccan law.
