15 Administrator Positions at Moroccan Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries

A Professional Opportunity in Morocco's Maritime Fisheries Sector

The State Secretariat to the Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forests, in charge of Maritime Fisheries, is organizing a regular recruitment competition for 15 second-grade administrator positions, scale 11. This opportunity targets holders of higher education diplomas in required specialties and represents a significant professional milestone for joining one of Morocco's most important public administrations.

Competition Details and Requirements

This competition is open to Moroccan nationals aged 18 to 45 years, holding a diploma of advanced graduate studies, specialized graduate studies diploma, master's degree, specialized master's degree or equivalent in the required specialties. Among these specialties are maritime fisheries affairs management and audiovisual content production.

25% of the positions in competition are reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or disabled former combatant, while 5% are reserved for disabled persons holding a disability card.

Competition Stages and Tests

The competition includes two main tests:

• A four-hour written test covering the field of competencies of the concerned administration, public management, required specialties, or missions and functions to be filled
• An oral test of 15 to 30 minutes during which the competition committee discusses various topics and issues with the candidate to assess their ability to perform the missions and functions associated with the grade

Successful candidates will be definitively appointed to the central administration and/or external services of the State Secretariat for Maritime Fisheries.

Application Procedure and Required Documents

Applications are submitted exclusively via the public employment electronic platform www.depot.emploi-public.ma, by uploading all required documents until April 14, 2026. The application file includes:

• The application form attached to the announcement, downloaded from the public employment website after completion and signature
• The required diploma in the mentioned specialty
• A copy of the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette (for candidates holding degrees from foreign universities)
• Valid biometric national identity card
• Registration card or certificate for beneficiaries of reserved positions

Civil servants and contractors must provide an unconditional authorization from their original administration to take the competition, under penalty of rejection of their application or removal from successful candidates if it is subsequently found that they are civil servants.

Additional Important Information

The tests will take place on April 26, 2026 in the cities of Larache and/or Agadir or other cities if necessary. The publication of the list of candidates admitted to take the tests as well as the time and place on the electronic website of the State Secretariat for Maritime Fisheries www.mpm.gov.ma and on the public employment website www.emploi-public.ma constitutes a summons.
