The Moroccan Ministry of Interior has announced a recruitment competition for 130 third-grade technician positions specializing in civil engineering. This government position offers an excellent opportunity to join one of Morocco's most important ministries, providing stable employment and continuous professional development.
The competition will take place on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences Souissi in Rabat, with possible additional centers to be determined later. Applicants must be Moroccan nationals, aged between 18 and 40 years, and must hold a specialized technician diploma in civil engineering at the time of application submission.
All candidates must register through the website https://depot.emploi-public.ma between April 14 and April 28, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Public administration employees must obtain approval from their current administration before applying.
The competition consists of two main tests: a three-hour written examination with a coefficient of 4, and an oral and practical test lasting 15 to 30 minutes with a coefficient of 3. Only candidates scoring at least 12/20 on the written test qualify for the oral examination.
The ministry has reserved 25% of positions for individuals with resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or former combatant status, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card.
