Bank Al-Maghrib, the central bank of the Kingdom of Morocco, announces a regular recruitment competition for 11 Production Operator positions (M/F). These roles are based at Dar As-Sikkah and target holders of a Specialized Technician Diploma (DTS) in Industrial Engineering issued by the Office of Vocational Training and Labor Promotion (OFPPT), preferably with a Production Management specialization from the 2024 or 2025 graduating classes. This recruitment is part of efforts to strengthen the workforce of the Dar As-Sikkah Directorate.

Main Mission and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Dar As-Sikkah Directorate, the production operator will be responsible for executing production operations within deadlines while ensuring quality control. Key activities will include:

• Performing production, packaging, counting, and handling operations for valuables.
• Controlling production in terms of both quality and quantity.
• Participating in the shipment operations of finished products.
• Ensuring the security of valuables and strict adherence to safety instructions and work procedures.

Required Profile and Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Be under 40 years of age at the time of application.
• Hold a DTS in Industrial Engineering from OFPPT (2024 or 2025 graduation preferred, with Production Management option).
• Possess good knowledge of verification and control rules, as well as proficiency in office tools.
• Have knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental standards, and demonstrate rigor, organization, and a sense of responsibility.
