The State Secretariat under the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forests, in charge of Maritime Fisheries, announces a competitive examination for the recruitment of ten third grade technicians, scale 9. Eligibility Criteria and Required Profile

The competition is open to Moroccan citizens aged between 18 and 40 years, holding a specialized technician diploma or university technology diploma or equivalent in required specialties. It's important to note that 25% of positions are reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military personnel or former combatant, while 5% are allocated to disabled persons holding a disability identification card.

Examination Process

The competition includes two main tests:

• A written test covering the specialty or required tasks
• An oral test where the examination committee discusses various topics with the candidate to assess their ability to perform functions related to the applied grade

Successful candidates will be appointed permanently within the central administration and/or external services of the State Secretariat in charge of Maritime Fisheries.

• The required diploma in the specialty

The tests are scheduled for April 26, 2026 in Larache and/or Agadir or other cities if necessary. The list of candidates admitted to take the tests will be published on the website of the State Secretariat in charge of Maritime Fisheries www.pm.gov.ma as well as on the public employment website www.emploi-public.ma.
