The Ministry of Interior - Province of Nador has announced a regular recruitment competition to fill two Grade 2 administrator positions, scale 11, specializing in public finance management. This competition represents an excellent opportunity for higher education graduates seeking to join Morocco's territorial administration system.
The competition will take place on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at the Multidisciplinary College in Nador, with additional examination centers to be determined later if necessary. Candidates must be Moroccan nationals, aged at least 18 years and not more than 35 years as of January 1 of the current year. They must also hold, at the time of registration, a diploma of advanced graduate studies, specialized graduate studies, a master's degree, or a specialized master's degree in public finance management, or an equivalent qualification according to current regulatory provisions.
A quota of 5% of the budgetary positions is reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant. Another quota of 7% is allocated to persons with disabilities holding a disability card. This system reflects the state's commitment to integrating various social categories into public service.
The competition consists of two main tests:
Only candidates who obtain a minimum average of 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible to take the oral test.
Candidates must register on the public employment website (https://depot.emploi-public.ma/) from February 18 to March 4, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The application must include a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national identity card, and the candidate's curriculum vitae.
For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, applicants must attach the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette when registering online. Candidates already employed in public administrations must, in addition to their online registration, submit a participation request accompanied by the final approval from their administration.
The lists of admitted candidates are published on the public employment website (www.emploi-public.ma), and this publication serves as a summons to take the tests. The results of the written test and final results, including the waiting list, are also published on the same portal.
Candidates definitively successful in this competition must complete their files with the administrative documents required for appointment to public service. Candidates with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant must submit their applications through the administrations responsible for their affairs, in addition to registering online.
