Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing operational PMO oversight for rolling stock acquisition and/or rehabilitation projects from initial phases through to commissioning
  • Monitoring costs, risks, and actions associated with rolling stock acquisition projects
  • Implementing and maintaining operational PMO management tools
  • Preparing and consolidating periodic operational reports related to rolling stock projects
  • Participating in project progress meetings and ensuring follow-up on decisions and actions
  • Contributing to knowledge capitalization and continuous improvement of PMO practices for rolling stock projects

Required Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • General Engineer degree with specialization in project management
  • Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in project management and/or rolling stock maintenance
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Expertise in standardization and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong skills in cost monitoring and data analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Creativity, initiative, and responsiveness in problem-solving

Practical Information
