General Position Information

This leadership position is part of the Agency's organizational structure, where the Legal Department Head will be responsible for providing legal advice and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities and Duties

The Legal Department Head will be tasked with crucial responsibilities including:

• Providing legal assistance and counsel to all internal units of the Agency
• Ensuring legal quality of tender documents for public procurement
• Validating adaptation of contracts and documents used by the Agency according to legislative and regulatory developments
• Preparing regular reviews of the Agency's legal risks
• Raising awareness among Agency staff about recurring legal issues
• Participating in preparation of meetings with the Supervision and Control Committee
• Managing pre-litigation and litigation cases
• Following up on cases with lawyers and managing relationships with external legal service providers

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a minimum Bachelor's +5 degree in Private/Public Law or equivalent
• Have minimum 5 years of professional experience in the legal field, including at least 2 years in a managerial position
• Possess leadership skills and ability to work independently
• Demonstrate methodological rigor, critical thinking, and professional integrity
• Have the ability to formulate clear and operational recommendations

About the Regional Project Execution Agency

Established following deliberation No. 02/2016 of the Casablanca-Settat Regional Council, the Agency operates under the supervision of the Regional Council President. Its main mission is to execute development projects that contribute to improving citizens' quality of life and strengthening regional economic and social development.
