General Job Information

This is a contract-based recruitment with one available position. Applicants must hold a State Engineering Diploma in computer science and ideally have at least three years of experience in IT project management, in an HR environment or on HRIS projects. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage IT projects related to HR systems.
• Draft and validate functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams and supervise external providers.
• Monitor progress using performance indicators, anticipate risks, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Organize and conduct tests, acceptance phases, and production deployments.
• Ensure training and support for users in a change management approach.
• Prepare structured and regular reporting for the General Management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR digital processes and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate masters project management methodologies, particularly Agile, and is recognized for rigor, autonomy, and organization. The Project Manager will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from need framing to production deployment, while respecting quality, cost, and deadline objectives.
