Key Responsibilities and Job Duties
The selected candidate will be responsible for a range of critical administrative tasks, including:
- Managing the agenda and organizing appointments, meetings, and travels for the General Secretary.
- Handling communications and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external partners.
- Preparing and monitoring correspondence, files, and follow-up dashboards.
- Coordinating daily administrative and organizational aspects of the secretariat.
- Ensuring confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive institutional information.
Eligibility Criteria and Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following conditions to be considered for this position:
- Be under 40 years of age at the time of application submission.
- Hold a university degree equivalent to a Bachelor's level or higher.
- Have at least 5 years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant in an administration, bank, or multinational company.
- Demonstrate proficiency in office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Possess excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
