• Monitoring best practices in territorial promotion at national and international levels
• Collaborating with regional stakeholders (Region, Agencies, CGEM, Chambers) to pool promotion efforts and strengthen message coherence
• Developing institutional and private partnerships to enhance the region's investment attractiveness
• Measuring the impact of promotion activities and adjusting strategies accordingly
• Contributing to the development of an attractive territorial offer to encourage investments
• Identifying, qualifying, and mapping available territorial sites for investment purposes

Qualifications and Requirements

Ideal candidates should possess:

• Bachelor's degree +5 from a higher school of engineering, business with specialization in marketing or communication, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience with background in communication and/or marketing positions
• Ability to develop an action plan describing the proposed organizational approach and methodology
• Comprehensive understanding of territorial promotion mechanisms and investment attraction strategies
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to coordinate with various regional stakeholders
