Job Opportunity: Project Execution Managers

The Regional Project Execution Agency of Casablanca-Settat is seeking three project execution managers to join its team. This recruitment, conducted under a contract basis, aims to enhance the agency's operational capabilities in managing and executing regional development projects. Candidates must hold a state engineering diploma in civil engineering and have at least two years of experience in the construction, public works, or engineering consultancy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The selected managers will report to the project management department director and will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Overseeing the implementation of projects assigned by the agency, including developing action plans and coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Participating in site meetings and monitoring committees to ensure adherence to deadlines and project objectives.
• Preparing technical and financial progress reports for each project and managing the administrative and financial aspects of public contracts.
• Contributing to the selection of service providers by preparing consultation documents and participating in tender committees.
• Helping to build a documentary database to capture lessons learned and improve future project outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a state engineering diploma in civil engineering.
• Have a minimum of two years of professional experience in construction, public works, engineering consultancy, or related fields, in either the public or private sector.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, rigor, and organizational competence.
