The Wilaya of Marrakech-Safi region under the Ministry of Interior is organizing a competition for the recruitment of four (04) fourth grade editors, scale 8, specializing in legal sciences. Competition Details and Required Conditions

The competition will take place on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques in Marrakech, with the possibility of determining other centers later according to needs. The competition is open to Moroccan candidates aged between 18 and 40 years, who must hold at the time of registration a general university studies diploma in legal or economic sciences, or one of the equivalent certificates or diplomas determined by decision of the minister in charge of modernizing public sectors.

A quota of 25% of the budgetary positions subject to competition is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel or former combatant, and a quota of 7% is reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card.

Competition Stages and Tests

The competition consists of two main stages:

• Written test: includes a subject or multiple choice questions (MCQ) related to the tasks or functions to be filled, or to the competencies of the Ministry of Interior, or to the required specialties in legal sciences.
• Oral or practical test: aims to assess the candidate's ability to perform the tasks or functions associated with the grade subject to competition, with the possibility of subjecting them to a practical test in the required specialty.

Candidates who obtain an average of at least 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible to take the oral test.

Application Procedure and Required Documents

The application must be registered obligatorily on the electronic website https://depot.emploi-public.ma/ during the period from February 16, 2026 to March 9, 2026 at four thirty in the afternoon (16:30). The application must be accompanied by a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national identity card, as well as the curriculum vitae.

Important notes:

• For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, the equivalence decision published in the Official Bulletin must be attached.
• Public administration employees must, in addition to registering on the electronic portal, submit a request to participate in the competition accompanied obligatorily by the final approval of the administration to which they belong.
• Candidates with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel or former combatant must submit their applications through the administrations responsible for managing their affairs in addition to registering on the electronic portal.
• Candidates with disabilities must subsequently provide a certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration and Family.

The list of candidates admitted to take the competition will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma, and this publication serves as a summons to take the tests. The results of the written test and the final results, including the waiting list, will also be published on the same portal.
