Key Responsibilities and Duties

The commercial animator will be responsible for strengthening and developing the company's sales network, with particular emphasis on revenue growth. Specific tasks include:

  • Searching for new partners and expanding distribution networks
  • Conducting regular visits to sales points in the region
  • Organizing promotional events and innovative marketing activities
  • Providing technical and logistical support to the sales team
  • Preparing detailed reports on performance and commercial indicators
  • Monitoring service quality at sales points
  • Conducting field studies to track market developments and trends

Required Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in management or commerce, with 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position. They must also possess the following skills:

  • Deep knowledge of merchandising and sales techniques
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Effective planning and organizational capabilities
