Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech has announced a recruitment competition for public posts covering one position as a 3rd-grade technician, scale 9, specialising in commerce, as part of a regular recruitment round that includes several cadres and specialities distributed across the university's institutions. The competition is governed by the general civil-service statute and the applicable regulatory provisions, with compulsory registration through the dedicated electronic platform.
The post offers candidates holding the required technical diplomas in commerce a route into the civil service within a university of national standing. A successful application nevertheless depends on meeting the legal conditions and submitting a complete file within the deadlines.
This is a regular recruitment competition leading to a 3rd-grade technician post at scale 9, attached to the relevant university institution. The competition code is C 44571/26; the announcement was published on 6 November 2026 and the test is scheduled for 29 November 2026.
The announcement covers one position in commerce. This figure relates to the post advertised in this competition and should not be confused with the other posts distributed among the university's institutions in the general recruitment announcement.
Salary: from 5500 to 7500 MAD per month, in line with scale 9.
Candidates must hold Moroccan nationality and meet the legal age condition for sitting the competition, subject to the rules specific to each cadre.
For the 3rd-grade technician, candidates must be at least 18 years old and no more than 40 years old on 1 January of the current year. The upper age limit may be extended by a period equivalent to the length of service valid or capable of being validated for retirement, without exceeding 45 years. Civil servants for whom the age condition is not enforceable benefit from this exception in accordance with the provisions in force.
Candidates must hold the diploma required in the speciality indicated above. For the 3rd-grade specialised technician, this means the specialised technician diploma awarded by one of the established vocational training institutions, or an equivalent diploma, or one of the diplomas determined in accordance with the regulatory provisions in force.
The legal provisions on reserving budget posts apply to candidates who are former resistance members and members of the family of the nation, former military personnel and former combatants, as well as to candidates with disabilities, where the conditions for application are met.
Candidates must compile a complete file containing the following documents:
Applications must be submitted obligatorily and exclusively through the dedicated electronic platform. Registration and the sending of applications and required documents must be completed before 22 November 2026.
Candidates concerned by reserved posts (former resistance members and members of the family of the nation, former military personnel or former combatants) must, in addition to applying through the platform, send their files to the competent services responsible for their situation.
The competition comprises a general written test, a special written test and an oral test, as follows:
Candidates who are accepted and who have sat both written tests and obtained the required average are admitted to the oral test, in accordance with the conditions set by the regulatory provisions in force for each cadre and the grade concerned.
Applications are rejected if they lack any of the documents listed above, do not meet the required conditions, contain inaccurate declarations, data or information, or arrive after the deadline. The lists of candidates admitted to the written and oral tests will be published on the public employment website and on the administration's website; this publication serves as official convocation to the tests.
Before applying, check that the diploma matches the required speciality and that the details entered are accurate, then gather copies of the documents into a legible digital file. It is also useful to revise the general-test themes relating to public policies and the higher education sector, to follow developments in commerce and management, and to practise writing in Arabic within the allotted time. Finally, submitting the application before the deadline is advisable to avoid any technical incident.
